How do I know what stock is available?

Currently you will need to ring or email one of our friendly staff to check stock levels, however once your login details are provided you will be able to check approximate stock levels via the website.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide your original invoice number, date of purchase from your store, pictures or videos of the issue and a description of the issue. These need to be emailed through to sales@ridgewayfurniture.com.au and a response will be given as soon as possible

Does Ridgeway Furniture sell to the public?

– NO, we are a wholesaler and do not sell to members of the public directly. Please contact us to find your local store that stocks our ranges.

Can I buy products individually, not as a suite?

Yes all our ranges are available to be purchased individually, please call to check stock levels.

Can we deliver to your store?

If your store is in the Brisbane area, we may be able to offer free delivery to your store. Please do not hesitate to contact and find out.

Can we pick up from your warehouse?

Yes you can collect from our warehouse. Please either email or call to advise your approximate time for collection and we will endeavour to have the stock ready for you.
